We offer a 10% courtesy adjustment for payment in full by cash, check or credit card when you schedule your appointment.

We offer a 5 % adjustment for payment in full by cash, check or credit card at the time of your visit.

Please call our office if you would like us to send you information about Care Credit or Citi Health Card.

In cases where your insurance carrier will allow assignment of benefits to our office, we ask that you pay the estimated copayment when services are rendered. If you choose this option, we ask that you leave a credit card on file with our office for any balance due to us or credit due to you.

We are always happy to process any insurance claims for you free of charge.  Please keep in mind that you are responsible for payment of our fees in full, regardless of insurance coverage or payment.
